Business Model Canvas

Business Model Canvas is a framework that helps you to define the basics to address the needs of all of your customer segments. It includes nine building blocks, to describe your value proposition, customers, infrastructure, cost, and revenue streams. I use this Business Model Canvas proposed by Alexander Osterwalder with entrepreneurs to have a first overview of their project, define key priorities, and prepare the ground to define their business model. This editable version enables you to personalize at any time. The best way is to print the blank canvas and instructions (A3 ideally). Now that we are working remotely, we put it on a drive, share and edit as many times as needed.
