About Juana-Catalina

Juana-Catalina Rodriguez is a two-time award-winning author of Unsettled Disruption and a global authority on innovation, disruption, and leadership. With over 25 years of experience driving innovation across diverse industries, she has navigated the challenges and wins of challenging the status quo.

Five years ago, Juana-Catalina took a step back to help intrapreneurs, like herself, face obstacles in pushing boundaries and fostering innovation within their organizations. This journey of exploration led to writing her first book, Unsettled Disruption, and the beginning of a larger mission.

Since then, she has worked with hundreds of corporate changemakers and entrepreneurs worldwide, helping them overcome setbacks and roadblocks as an integral part of the innovation process. Juana-Catalina emphasizes that true innovation is not a singular moment of brilliance but a continuous, iterative journey of discovery, collaboration, and resilience.

This approach inspired the coming Igniting Innovation Series, which evolved from a single book into a broader mission. Through this series, Juana-Catalina shares strategies to empower intrapreneurs, stories, and insights. The mission is to equip them with the tools, inspiration, and community needed to transform challenges into opportunities and drive meaningful innovation.

As a thought leader and advisor, Juana-Catalina has inspired executives at renowned organizations, including Stanford Graduate School of Business, Airbus, Thales, McCain Foods, G&A, Salesforce, FIFA, Infosys, and Metro Pacific Tollways, among others. She serves as a Consultant for Stanford GSB Seed (Stanford Institute for Innovation in Developing Economies) and Executive Coach for Stanford GSB LEAD, supporting global executives and entrepreneurs.

Juana-Catalina is the founder of JnC Nova- Turning Ideas Into Business Reality and co-founder of the Circular Disruption Think Tank and IMPACT by LEAD. She also serves as a Board Advisor to several startups and organizations, furthering her commitment to fostering innovation and leadership on a global scale.
